Refund Policy
At Callum Welsh Visuals, we take pride in delivering high-quality creative services tailored to each client’s unique vision and requirements. As a service-based business offering custom digital content, we do not generally offer refunds once work has begun or deliverables have been sent.
However, we understand that every situation is unique. This policy outlines how we handle refund requests.

1. Custom Work Is Non-Refundable
Due to the time, resources, and creative labour involved in each project:

Refunds are not available for services once production has started or deliverables have been partially or fully provided.

Deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed upon in writing before project commencement.

2. Deposits and Prepaid Work

A deposit may be required to secure project booking and begin work.

Deposits cover time spent in pre-production, planning, and communication.

Refunds on deposits are only considered if work has not yet begun and cancellation is made in writing within 3 business days of booking.

3. Client Cancellation
If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced:

Work completed up to the cancellation point will be invoiced.

No refunds will be issued for completed work.

Any unused portion of a prepaid balance may be refunded at our discretion, minus work already done.

4. Quality Concerns
If you are unhappy with a deliverable:

We offer a reasonable number of revisions as defined in your quote or agreement.

We will make every effort to resolve concerns through edits or corrections.

Refunds will not be issued based on subjective preferences once the agreed scope has been met.

5. Errors or Mistakes
If a clear error has been made on our part (e.g. incorrect files delivered, technical issue caused by our process), we will:

Correct the issue at no additional charge

If the issue cannot be resolved, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion
